The D10.2E6 ceiling-suspended cold room air cooler is designed for medium-to-large cold rooms, maintaining a stable storage environment around the -18°C mark. Outfitted with dual 400 mm heavy-duty external rotor fans, it delivers a high air volume of 2*3900 m³/h with a solid 10-meter air throw. This ensures that cold air is distributed evenly across high-density pallet racks, preventing warm dead zones and ensuring consistent temperature control throughout your storage facility.
In low-temperature commercial storage, frost buildup on the evaporator coil is one of the quickest ways to lose system efficiency. The D10.2E6 utilizes a 6.0 mm fin pitch (4 FPI) paired with high-efficiency inner-grooved copper tubes arranged in a staggered layout. This wider fin spacing delays ice bridging, allowing the unit to run longer, more efficient cooling cycles between defrost intervals—ultimately lowering daily operational energy costs.
Built to handle the harsh conditions of busy warehouse lockers and food processing plants, the unit's casing is manufactured from pre-painted steel panels with aluminum tube sheets to resist corrosion. To keep ice clearing fast and hassle-free, the 6.0 kW electric defrost heating elements are distributed through both the coil block and the drainage pan. This split layout ensures melted ice flows completely out of the 1" drain line instead of refreezing inside the pan. Each unit is factory pressure-tested to 2.8 MPa to guarantee a leak-free lifecycle in the field.
