The fins adopt louvered double sine wave design with corrugated edges, further optimizing air flow and heat exchange effect.

With 4.5mm fin spacing optimized for medium-high temperature working conditions, it maintains stable cooling performance while slowing down frost formation, reducing defrost frequency and energy consumption. Each unit undergoes a 2.8MPa pressure test with clean air before delivery, guaranteeing leak-free and reliable long-term operation.

Equipped with a low-temperature resistant external rotor motor with 180W power, this evaporator delivers large air volume of 3900m³/h with high operating efficiency and low noise, suitable for various commercial and industrial cold room environments.

The motor features IP55 waterproof rating and F-class insulation, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃, ensuring stable performance even in harsh cold storage conditions. It adopts electric defrost with stainless steel heating tubes, matched with insulated joints and ultra-low temperature epoxy resin wires. A separate defrost heating tube is installed on the water tray to ensure thorough defrosting and smooth drainage, avoiding ice accumulation and maintaining consistent cooling efficiency.

The evaporator shell is made of high-quality flat galvanized steel sheet with high-grade plastic-sprayed surface, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in humid cold room environments. The middle tube sheet adopts high-quality aluminum material, with compact structure between copper tubes and tube sheets, reducing the overall installation space.

With ceiling mounted design, it saves valuable floor storage space inside the cold room, especially suitable for cold storage with limited space. The product also supports material options including 304/316 stainless steel and aluzinc sheet, to meet different application requirements of food processing, pharmaceutical and other industries.
